3.2 Non-Refundable Policy: All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of whether you actively use the services during the subscription period. As a provider of automation services, operational costs are incurred on your behalf once a subscription is active. Refunds will not be provided for partial use, lack of use, or cancellation of services mid-cycle.
3.3 Subscription Management:It is your responsibility to manage your subscription, including pausing or canceling it. If you wish to stop incurring charges, you must explicitly pause or cancel your subscription through your account settings before the next billing cycle.
3.4 Chargebacks and Disputes:By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes related to subscription fees unless there is a documented error in billing by Shortsbot. Should a dispute arise, we reserve the right to provide these Terms of Service and your subscription agreement as evidence to dispute any claims.
3.5 Stripe Transactions:All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and by subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Shortsbot will not be held liable for delays, errors, or disputes arising from Stripe's payment processing.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
4.1 User Ownership: : You retain ownership of any content you upload, post, or otherwise share through the Service, including videos, images, text, and other materials (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant ShortsBot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service and improving the Platform.
4.2 Intellectual Property Rights: : All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to the platform's software, logos, trademarks, design, and content provided by ShortsBot, are owned by ShortsBot or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms. This license does not grant you any rights to ShortsBot's intellectual property.

In no event shall ShortsBot's total liability exceed the amount you have paid, if any, for access to the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

8.2 Termination by ShortsBot: ShortsBot may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, at its sole discretion, if:

ShortsBot will not be liable for any damages or loss of data resulting from the termination of your account.
8.4 Surviving Provisions: The following provisions will survive the termination of these Terms: Ownership, User Obligations, Content and Intellectual Property, Privacy and Data Protection, Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and any other provision that, by its nature, should survive termination.
